Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) black rods are produced by incorporating black pigments, such as carbon black, into pure PTFE raw materials, followed by mixing, preforming, sintering, and machining. By adjusting the formulation and process parameters, black PTFE rods meeting various performance requirements can be manufactured.
